A new version of the DBSCAN extension for the Agent-based Modelling platform NetLogo has been released. The extension can be used to cluster agents based on individual properties or by spatial proximity (e.g., to cluster agents by wealth levels, or by their location). Recent additions include the ability to cluster patches by variables (e.g., to identify spatial locations with similar resource levels). The extension supports NetLogo 5, 6 and 6.1. Note that the clustering of patches is only available for NetLogo 6 onwards.
